1. Product Inspection
We encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement may be provided if:
- The product arrives damaged during delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Any component or hardware is missing from the package.
To process a replacement request, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
3. Part Replacement
For knockdown furniture, replacing an individual part is often faster and more efficient than replacing the entire product.
If only a specific panel, component, fitting, or hardware is defective or damaged, Home Habit will provide a replacement for that particular part at no additional cost (subject to warranty and verification).
4. Conditions Not Covered
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused after delivery due to accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance.
- Minor variations in color, grain, or texture that occur naturally in engineered wood or printed finishes.
- Requests made after the specified reporting period without a valid reason.
5. Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Our support team will verify the issue.
- We will determine whether a replacement part or complete product replacement is required.
- Replacement items will be dispatched as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Home Habit does not offer refunds.
Instead of refunds, we provide replacement solutions to ensure our customers receive products in proper condition.
- If the entire product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace the product.
- If only a specific part is damaged, defective, or missing, we will replace only that particular part as required.
Our goal is to resolve every issue promptly through repair or replacement rather than issuing refunds.
